Date and Time:  Saturday, September 10 2016  from 8 am until noon.

Description: Volunteers will remove dead bushes and trees, trim plants, find sprinkler heads and cut invasive plants.

Volunteers:  The project will accommodate up to 100 volunteers. It is a family-friendly project and is appropriate for volunteers of all ages.  Youth under 18 must have a signed parent permission form.  Youth 13 and younger must come with a guardian.  All volunteers must sign a liability waiver.  Waiver forms are available on site and at http://www.parkhero.org/forms.html

Special Clothing or Tools:  Volunteers should wear long pants, closed toe shoes and gloves.  Bring loppers and hand pruners if you have them.  Gas weed eaters, chain saws and hedge cutter are acceptable.  Must have safety equipment to use.

Parking is available at the site.

Directions:  Take NE 117th Ave to NE Caples Road in Brush Prairie.  Turn West on 154th St, immediately after the railroad tracks.
